Greentree principals collectively have over 100 years of private equity investing and hands-on business building experience. Equally important to our prospective partner companies are Greentree’s value-added private investors (“CEO Investors”), an impressive group of approximately 60 CEOs, executives, and entrepreneurs who have built successful companies in a wide range of industries. Greentree’s CEO Investors help source and evaluate prospective Greentree investments, and they provide invaluable guidance and support to Greentree’s portfolio companies as advisors and board members. In addition, Greentree is fully supported by J.H. Whitney’s accounting, financial and legal resources, as well as by the Firm’s extensive network of business contacts.
